How to Submit a WIC Drop-Ship Order
- Call us at 800-368-2065 to confirm formula availability and pricing
- We will process the order and confirm shipping details and tracking online
- Email info@star-medical.net with any issues regarding your order or delivery
- Upon delivery, receive the formula in the system, let the participant know the order has arrived
- Complete the order when participants arrive to pick up, and document all receipts
In-Store Pickup For WIC Clients
Encourage your clients to maintain their WIC appointments so they can fully use their benefits at Star Medical. Clients simply use their EBT card and PIN number in-store to access their approved products.
