What the Process Looks Like
- Send Us the Initial RX and Patient Demographics: Call or fax—we’ll take it from there.
- We Handle the Paperwork: We generate the CMN, CCP and Title XIX forms for your doctors' review and signature.
- We send forms off to insurance to get approval to set up your recurring order
- We Set Up and Educate: Our team meets with the patient and caregiver to set up equipment and provide training.
- We Stay Available: Any questions about equipment or usage come to us—not back to the hospital.
