Enjoy same-day shipping if we receive your order by 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday.
All orders ship via UPS Ground Shipping (1-5 business days).
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
We ship nationwide.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
We only ship Monday through Friday.

How to Change or Cancel an Order:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us at 800-368-2065 or email us at orders@star-medical.net. Please note that making changes to your order may result in shipping delays, and if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
